A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship within that time frame we will email you and explain the situation. In case of shipping delay, we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
Chamrey is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped and you are given a VALID tracking number. Because we use a third party shipping company, it might be a good idea to purchase the insurance option if you wish to secure the delivery of your package. The third party's policy states they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless insurance is purchased.
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
: Your credit card will be charged when we receive your order but if for some reason we don’t have stock on hand and are unable to ship within 1-3 business days we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
